If for some reason you are terribly unhappy with your purchase or product, or it is not as described, then please contact me and I'll send around my minions who will take care of any issues you may have. They are skilled tea makers and will bring jam and scones. After an afternoon with them you will likely forget how terrible your purchase was and then simply get over it. Failing that, you can always return it. Which is likely to cost as much as keeping it. WIN WIN or loss loss really. But seriously, If you abuse me lots I'll probably send you something for free.
